We’re looking for an outgoing, driven, and mission-oriented team player to join Wethos on our mission curate the most qualified teams to do the most meaningful work.
You would be a key member of the marketing and operations team working closely with our Director of Marketing and Director of Customer Success to build a thriving freelancer community to help drive growth.
You will:

Develop on-brand messaging to the freelancer community

Create and maintain internal communications structure with existing freelancers

Responding to and engaging on social media as it pertains to freelancer related issues as well as on-site customer service

Keeping freelancer / on-site help center up-to-date
-
Brainstorm and execute on new initiatives to engage with the Wethos freelancer community such as new resources or partnerships, potential events, and digital community building
-
Identify and build relationships with influential members to grow the freelance network

Test and create loyalty or brand ambassador programs

Test and create freelancer referral programs to drive new client leads and network effects

Identify key freelancers to highlight on social

Gather materials from the accounts team for finished projects and teams that can be highlighted in case studies

Manage ongoing email communications to the community with updates

Provide ongoing feedback and insights for the product team
You might have:
-
2-3 years relevant experience in real-world community management and/or digital organizing
-
An enthusiasm for following internet trends and engaging with others on social (you’re probably the friend who explains TikTok to everyone)

Event and content production experience a plus

Strong communication skills and a desire to do good and do well

An inclination to consistently learn and improve while being comfortable with many unknowns so you can carve out new and innovative paths

A strong sense of self awareness and approach to collaboration
