You will be on the front lines managing our most important enterprise customer relationships. You will lead growth strategies with our current customer base so we grow profitably together.
Successful Account Managers have excellent prioritization skills, are engaging communicators, and are driven to grow the business by building strong relationships with our most important clients.


    • Research, develop, and qualify opportunities at targeted current customers
    • Build relationships with key customer executives
    • Create opportunities for both Redox and our enterprise customers to grow together through the execution of monthly and quarterly business reviews
    • Align product, engineering, and executive teams at customer sites around a strategy to grow with Redox
    • Negotiate contract renewals and pricing strategy
    • Forecast customer business weekly, monthly, and quarterly
    • Know our customers’ business and understand how Redox helps them grow
    • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of customers
    • Schedule and present effective sales presentations
    • Manage the growth strategy for current customers
    • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs
    • Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results

Background and Experience Requirements:

    • 4+ years of enterprise sales experience in the field with customers building a business
    • Track record of moving the sales cycle forward, closing, and delivering results
    • Strong drive to interact with current customers to share growth strategies and how Redox expedites their goals
    • Practical experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
    • Understand and internalize forecasting and predictable sales execution
    • Team player and consultative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
