The role: Product Manager 👩🚀👨🚀
We’re looking for a product manager who will increase engagement while owning our strategy around the core experience of the platform – Spaces, and Direct Messages (DMs). You will be a guiding voice throughout the company for how to build engaging products for teachers and students.
Working with an engineer and designer, you will own together the set of core engagement solutions (Spaces and DMs) and you’ll be able to work closely with other engineers, designers and our CPO to determine the next steps for that product area.
You are driven by building software as a team and you understand your own limitations. You are not a solo-player. You give feedback to your team, you seek out feedback, you are self-aware, you give space, and you see your ultimate goal as building a product that changes how students and educators teach and learn.
→ A bit more about what you will be building: We are replacing core teaching and learning infrastructure at universities with a focus on driving authentic student engagement. We’ve spent a large part of the last 12 months building the key pieces that allow universities to move away from their learning management system and we’re now at a point where we can double down on Aula’s core experience. You will be driven by engagement metrics as well as user-love metrics.
