We’re looking for a strategic, driven, and enthusiastic team player to join on our mission to empower the next generation to mobilize teams.

You would be a key member of the CX team working to elevate customer happiness, and strategically expand relationships and sell through new projects with our clients.

You will:

  • Act as the strategic partner for our clients in all areas, advising on their communications, marketing and creative needs

  • Own the success of your accounts, being responsible for client happiness, revenue growth and NPS

  • Manage multiple clients, prioritizing your time to drive the biggest impact in expanding the relationship between Wethos and our clients

  • Collaborate with the Director of CX on developing a scalable client management process

  • Scope new projects using our proprietary scope tool and develop proposals for selling in new projects to existing clients

  • Constantly looking for new ways to expand existing scopes into new opportunities, handling scope increases for project’s in motion

  • Set a good example for the team. Work according to company culture and values, prioritize ruthlessly, use good communication, deliver results effectively, willingness to try new methods and think outside of your day-to-day role

  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, taking an active role in understanding their industry, competitors and unique business requirements

  • Monitor client  preferences, delivering feedback to specialists to ensure deliverables are on brief and meet client expectations

  • Actively seek to encourage clients to refer new ones for us in our target

  • Advance one’s own professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and other educational trainings, participating in professional societies and industry networks, and reading professional and industry publications

You will collaborate with:

  • Marketing to develop lead nurturing and re-engagement tactics

  • Producer to on-board, manage and wrap-up successful projects with clients & specialist teams.

  • Sales to improve handoff processes and scope accuracy/improvements.

You have:

  • 3-6+ years in a strategy or account management role in the communications or marketing space

  • Experience scoping & managing various types of projects (websites, media campaigns, branding, social media)

  • Detail oriented, organized, personable in interacting with clients or potential new organizations

  • Self-starter, ability to make decisions quickly and try new things in order to keep personal KPIs

  • Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers

  • Experience with tools like Hubspot to manage sales process and track relationships

  • BONUS: have been an independent contractor before and able to manage & upsell your own clients


$60K + commissions OTE $90k+, no cap
